Description

Ayurveda is an ancient system of healthcare that stresses the importance of being in tune with the rhythms of nature to enjoy well-being.

This one-day workshop will be an opportunity for you to learn several of the key foundation principles of this beautiful Vedic science and enable you to incorporate many of its daily and seasonal practices into your life right now.

In particular, you will learn:

  • How to recognise the signs of imbalance in your own body
  • The simple daily and seasonal routines of dinacharya and ritucharya to restore balance
  • How specific Yogasana and pranayama can be an important part of these routines.

The day is open to all practitioners.
