Description

In this workshop, we will explore the nature of mind from an ayurvedic perspective and by the end of the day, students will come away with a clear frame of reference for how to approach some key mental health issues like anxiety and depression using tried and tested ayurvedic tools.

The day will include asana, meditation, philosophy, basic pranayama and yoga nidra. Teachers will be able to build these tools into their lesson plans and students, into their daily practice as appropriate.

This CPD day is aimed at yoga practitioners, student teachers, teachers, tutors.
