Description

The sound and shapes of Sanskrit are a true source of strength for us in Yoga.

Join us for a fascinating session to learn more about the long history, philosophical concepts, sound and shapes of the Sanskrit language. There will also be time for Yoga asana, some calligraphy, chanting and a short local walk around beautiful Suffolk. 

 


Additional Information

The Sanskit part of this informative session will be led by John Mercer who has been studying Indian philosophy and meditation for  over  40 years. 

The yoga asana part of this session will be  led  by yoga teacher Kate Lemon.
