The Foundation Course Level 2 is for students who have completed Foundation Course 1 and would like to continue to broaden their depth of yoga knowledge, without training to be a yoga teacher. The course content includes more asana and pranayama, as well as meditation, chanting, prana, nadis, kosas (pancamaya), mudras, bandhas, kriyas and an in-depth study of Chapter 1 of Patanjali's Yoga Sutras.

Training Introduction
Foundation 2 with Wendy Teasdill in Glastonbury, November '26 to July '27.
An immersive and profound course for anyone who wishes to progress from F1 without becoming a teacher - and for those who are teachers already (perhaps with a certificate) who would like to deepen their knowledge and experience of philosophy. As well as progressing in Asana, Pranayama, Mudra, Bandha and Meditation we will look at the origins of the Chakra system as we know it today. We target individual needs and goals in a supportive group environment.
