The Foundation Course 1 is suitable for anyone who wishes to develop their personal practice of yoga and widen their experience. It provides a comprehensive grounding in basic techniques taught in the context of the philosophy that underpins Yoga. The structured course comprises of a mix of theory and practical work that will widen your practical experience and encourage your personal development. For serious students of yoga it is an ideal preparation for those who may wish to train as yoga teachers in the future but equally suitable for yoga students who do not wish to teach. Training Introduction

This wonderful course provides you with all the knowledge and experience of the fundamentals of yoga. Perfect for those wishing to deepen their understanding of this beautiful art & science that is yoga. 

How the Training Works

The course will lead you on a journey through the chakras, the 8 limbs, yoga texts, asana, breath and so much more. The course will equip you with the tools to create a balanced home practice. The Foundation also serves as an excellent steppingstone to Teacher Training, which will follow this course. The 9 monthly meetings will be fun, inspiring & uplifting.
