Over this one year training (290 hours) you will be given the opportunity to delve in to asana, anatomy, breath work and the philosophy and history of yoga. 

You will build knowledge and confidence in all these areas which will not only help develop your personal practice but more importantly you will learn the skills to teach and share this knowledge safely and effectively as a yoga teacher.

Not only will you be encouraged to teach in an effective and safe way but you will be encouraged to find your own style and teaching voice.

The BWYQ Level 4 Certificate in Yoga Teaching (RQF) can be studied as a progression route on to the Level 4 Diploma in Yoga Teaching (RQF).

This training will take place in person on the second weekend of every month with no session in August. Please note you will be encouraged to start teaching before this course ends.

Please note the first session (14th November) will be online and then we will meet in person in High Barnet for the remaining ones. 

The cost of this course is £3600 (10% Early Bird discount if booked by 1st Sept 2026)- There will be an initial £1200 deposit with the remianing amount to be paid in instalments over the course length.
