Description
We are absolutely delighted to welcome Judy Hirsh Sampath to South East Wales for what is sure to be an enlightening and enriching CPD day. As yoga teachers, this day will count for 7.5 CPD points (that's half your points for the year). Non-teachers with a keen interest are very welcome.
Here's the lowdown on the day:
The best way to learn and trust what you teach is through your own authentic and direct experience.
During this CPD day, we will examine yin yoga, restorative yoga and yoga nidra, deconstruct them in terms of their similarities, differences, intentions and applications and introduce the fundamentals for how to include them in a class setting.
We will examine movement and stasis, edge & active & passive range of motion, explore comfort and discomfort, nervous system regulation, and relevant brain states.
With her soulful and practical approach to yoga practice, teaching and facilitating, Judy Hirsh Sampath invites deep enquiry, discussion and connection between participants.
