Learn and experience:

  • Gayatri Mantra

Sarah O'Connor

Sarah O'Connor is a Tantric Shamanic Energy Body Practitioner, senior yoga teacher, and teacher trainer with over 30 years of teaching experience and more than four decades of personal practice. Her work bridges the wisdom of traditional yoga with embodied energy practices, helping practitioners experience the subtle body as a living reality rather than simply a philosophical concept.

Specialising in pranayama, meditation, mantra, and the energetic dimensions of yoga, Sarah has spent many years exploring the relationship between the Pancha Vayu, the chakra system, and the body's innate capacity for healing and transformation. Her teaching is also deeply informed by her long-term study  Tsa Lung a practcie fomr the Bön Tibetan Lineage of Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche. This unique combination of Indian yogic traditions and Tibetan energy practices offers participants a rich and experiential understanding of how breath, movement, awareness, and intention cultivate vitality, balance, and resilience.

Alongside her yoga teaching, Sarah is a Rahanni Celestial Healing Teacher, Shamanic Medicine Practitioner, and founder of MindflowYoga. She leads professional trainings, workshops, retreats, and one-to-one mentoring, bringing together ancient wisdom with contemporary understanding in a way that is grounded, accessible, and deeply experiential.

For this BWY CPD day, Sarah invites teachers to explore the Pancha Vayu through both classical yogic understanding and the embodied practices of Tsa Lung, offering practical tools that can enrich personal practice and inspire confident, authentic teaching.
