Gary brings over 35 years of extensive experience in movement, physical training, anatomical study, and bodywork practices to his role as a Yoga educator. His passion for sharing knowledge has led him to lecture extensively on Yoga anatomy in the UK, Europe, and America. As the founder of the Natural Bodies Centre in Brighton, Gary is dedicated to embodying the principles and approach of Vanda Scaravelli. This approach prioritizes cultivating conditions that awaken the body's natural intelligence, emphasizing more than just executing postures but fostering a deeper connection to one's body and innate wisdom.
