Description

The BWY AGM is open to all members to attend and will be held fully online. You will be able to cast your vote online during the AGM or in advance by appointing a proxy (with postal option for those without an email addressed registered with the BWY). 

When you have booked your free ticket, you will be able to access the following documents (once they have been finalised):

• the Agenda and Draft 2024-2025 Accounts under the Resources tab
• the Zoom link under the Meeting Information tab.

All documentation will also be available under your profile / My Resources / AGM, EGM and Members Meetings when you are logged into the website.

Important

UK Engage will send you an email with your personalised login details for nominations and to vote. 

 

What to Bring

If you are intending to vote live during the online AGM, you will need to be able to access this during the voting break so please ensure you can access your emails.
