Description

National Mental Health Awareness week runs from Monday 11th May to Sunday 17th May and the campaign's focus is on taking action, encouraging practical steps to support your mental health and combatting raising pressures through community and individual efforts.  

This one off online event will be held on Saturday 16th May, starting at 10am and finishing at 1.30pm hosted by three yoga legends: Hayley Giles, Zoe Knott & Mark Maunsell-Thomas. 

10am-10.45am:     Breathwork guided by Hayley. A chance to dive deeply into the breath & experience stillness. 

11.00-12.00pm:     Asana practice facilitated by Zoe. A reminder of the importance of Sukha & Sthira not only on the mat but in life too.

12.15-1.30pm:     Yoga Nidra & meditation guided by Mark. Immerse yourself in this restorative practice.

 


Additional Information

The event is online.

Cost is £15. You can chose to attend the whole event or just a part of it. The cost will still be £15.

There will be a short break after the breathwork and asana practice.

There will be a seperate zoom link for each session. The 3 links will be sent to you a week before the event.

The event will NOT be recorded.

Mat, blanket, blocks, belt, a bolster/ cushion.
