Description

Join us for an empowering, experiential masterclass designed to help you reconnect with your body, your vitality and your inner joy.

In this session, you’ll learn to gently differentiate between your pelvic floor, sphincter and abdominal muscles, so that familiar postures begin to feel more stable, spacious and truly alive. With clear, accessible guidance, we’ll explore how subtle engagement and soft release in this area can awaken your life force and support a deeper sense of happiness from within.

We’ll then connect pelvic awareness with prana, pleasure and mood in a grounded way, including an introduction to the bandhas and how they can be worked with safely in everyday practice.

Alongside the physical work, you’ll be invited to reflect on your own energetic and emotional boundaries: how to create healthy limits, honour your capacity, and recognise that the power of saying “no” is just as important as the power of saying “yes”.

The session will close with silence, offering a chance to rest, integrate and listen inward.
