Description
A full day of yoga practice with four teachers
Join us for a Day of Sangha — a shared day of practice, reflection, and connection, guided by four expert facilitators - Three yoga teachers and a breathwork facilitator.
The theme for the day is Śauca, one of the Niyamas in yoga philosophy. Often translated as cleanliness or purity, śauca can be understood in practical terms as caring for the body we inhabit — tending to it with awareness, respect, and good sense.
Across the day, each session will explore different ways of caring for the body in practice. This may include noticing the needs of different areas of the body, adapting rather than forcing, and responding to physical signals with curiosity and kindness.
The day is guided by:
Ahimsa (non-harm): listening to the body and avoiding strain or force
Tapas: the steady commitment to show up and care for ourselves regularly
Options and adaptations will be offered to support a range of bodies and needs.

Additional Information
Four expert facilitators will share the teaching across the day, each bringing their own perspective to the theme of Śauca and embodied care.
Audrey Blow 10:00am to 11:00am - Perfectly aligned with the theme of Śauca – Caring for the Body We’re In, Audrey’s sessions encourage us to clear what no longer serves, reconnect with ourselves, and tend to our inner and outer worlds with awareness and care. Her work reminds us that yoga is not about perfection, but about creating the conditions in which we can live more lightly, honestly, and fully.
Sam Feltham 11:30am to 12:30pm - Sam’s teaching invites students to explore the body from the inside out — cultivating clarity, softness, and release through breath-led practice and fascial awareness. In her session today, Get to Know Your Fascia, Sam will guide you into a deeper understanding of this incredible connective tissue network, offering practices that support freedom of movement, inner spaciousness, and the spirit of Śauca — caring for the body we’re in.
Jenni Edwards 13:30pm to 14:30pm -An after-lunch digestive reset using Brew and Breathe’s Belly Balance herbal infusion alongside belly breathing and digestive breath-work. The session is gentle, grounding, and supportive, designed to help ease tension in the gut, encourage rest and digest, and leave participants feeling more comfortable and settled for the rest of the day.
Jo Bogacz 15:00pm to 16:00pm - Rooted in the principles of flow and circling, this practice offers a sanctuary for reconnecting with ourselves and cultivating intuitive movement grounded in self‑compassion. The emphasis is on releasing tension, inviting a sense of freedom, and attuning to the heart as an inner compass. Śauca speaks not only to physical cleansing but also to emotional and mental clarity, including nurturing safety, setting boundaries, trusting our own voice, and embracing forgiveness. Śauca is not the pursuit of purity, but a remembrance that purity already lives within us.
