Sunday 12 April 2026 – Online Sangha 

Join us as part of our Earth Buzz Sangha weekend celbrations for all things connected to the Earth and leading up to Earth Day on 22 April. Take part in the Eart's dance and create a culturre of peace. Our in-person event is on 11 April but if you are not able to join us in-person or want to make a full weekend of sangha join us for our online sessions. 

BWY members can book all 3 on-line sessions for the discounted price of £30 (non-members £45). Or you can book individual sessions at £15 each (non-members £20). 

Our guest tutors are:

Tarik Dervish. A workshop covering the five elements with particular reference to the element of Earth, the function of Kapha and how to cultivate it in yoga practice.

Session Time : 11.00 am to 12 noon

Tarik has been teaching Yoga for 25 years and Ayurveda for 20 years. He is a Diploma Course Tutor, BWY Diploma holder and also holds an honours degree in Ayurveda. He specialises in building bridges between the two practices to help improve health and wellbeing and create the foundations for a deeper relationship with Self.

Audrey Blow. An earth-themed session of asana, pranayama and meditation

Session Time: 2pm to 3 pm 

Many will already know Audrey from her BWY sessions. She has been teaching yoga in South Wales for around twenty years and training BWY yoga teachers for ten years. She also teaches BWY Gentle Years Yoga and offer training in this deeply fulfilling way of teaching. She is grateful to have learned so much from her students over the years. 

Carol Trevor A relaxing Yoga Nidra (literally yoga of sleep) session to close the weekend and be at peace with the earth.

Session Time: 7 pm to 8 pm 

Collaboration, warmth and intuition are at the heart of Carol’s teaching. She encourages inquiry, autonomy and the natural unveiling of each individual’s inner guide. With over 30 years’ practice, she is qualified in yoga nidra (Bihar and iRest) and sports massage therapy and injury prevention. Carol is experienced in working with hypermobility and with adults with neurodiversity. Originally a linguist, she has a special interest in cultures, the human condition and contemplative practice. 

 


Additional Information

In case of cancellation the BWY cancellation policy will apply. 

If a person is unable to attend a regional event, they should apply for a refund to the regional event organiser via email.

Refunds will be given as follows:

Cancellation up to 60 days prior to the event date - full refund.

Cancellation between 59 days and 15 days prior to the event - 50% of the fee. 

Cancellation between 14 days and the day of the event - no refund will be given.
