Description
“You cannot get through a single day without having an impact on the world around you”
Jane Goodhall
Our "Earth Buzz" Sangha is a weekend to be mindful of the earth and our place within it. Leading up to Earth Day on 22 April we take time over the weekend to connect to all those things that are important to us in this place, how we can nurture the earth and how it can nurture and restore us in return. Take part in Earth's dance and create a culture of peace.
You can join us in-person on Saturday 11 April for our event at Hemingford Abbots Village Hall. If you can't make it you can book separately live on-line sessions on Sunday 12 April (recordings available for on-line session only). Or you can enjoy an immersive sangha weekend by booking both! For further details and booking the online sessions please see the separate listing.

Tiffany Thorne A Scaravalli inspired session of yoga with a focus on gravity, breath and the delicious wave-like movement that ripples through the body, that Vanda Scaravelli called our ‘three friends’. As a long term yoga practitioner, Tiffany became a student of the Scaravelli-inspired approach in 2000, when she found this style on offer in a local gym!
Studying for a PhD in Sanskrit at the time she became intrigued by the embodied philosophy of yoga, and continued studying her teachers for over a decade before deciding to undertake a teacher training Diploma with the British Wheel of Yoga. Things have turned full circle with Tiffany now qualified to teach the diploma to students.
