This day offers a rich, holistic exploration of menopause, perimenopause and post menopause. We'll focus on common symptoms, such as hot flushes, insomnia, joint pain, anxiety and low mood, and explore evidence based strategies for relief, including diet, lifestyle and yoga. We'll also explore the Blue Zones and their longevity enhancing habits and the Japanese concept of Ikigai guiding you to createyour own personalised purpose diagram. The session includes therapeutic asana, breathwork and a closing meditation. With time for discussion and Q&A, this day offers education, connection and practical tools for long term well being and balance.
Sarah has taught yoga for 25 years and is a qualified nurse in general practice. She specialises in Menopause and Women's Health, delivering training across the NHS and community. She combines up to date medical knowledge with the holistic benefits of yoga to support women through menopause in all settings.
