Description
Shoulder stability and flexibility are integral to the health of the upper body. An issue with the shoulders is not only incredibly uncomfortable but can be debilitating leading to pinched nerves and numbness in the arms, headaches and migraines. Learning how to build strength in this area helps create more elastic muscles that will be more willing to stretch. In this workshop, we will explore the shoulder joint and the ligaments, tendons and surrounding muscles that enable it to function.
This workshop is designed to teach you how to connect with the shoulder through breath, theory, practice, and visualisation. It is suitable for yoga teachers, students or those interested in increasing their A&P knowledge of this critical joint.
The CPD day is suitable for all.
