Description
Qi Gong is rooted in Daoism and is the basis of all Chinese martial arts including Tai Chi. It’s a system which cultivates personal energy to enhance health, vitality and healing and reveals the profound connection with the flow of universal energy (pronounced chee) or Prana as we know it in Yoga.
Jen Hunt has around 20 years experience in both Qi Gong and Yoga. She will introduce the principles of Qigong and a range of practices from this system which can be incorporated into a yoga class or used for self practice to deepen the experience of the subtle body and regulate the nervous system.
You will learn Qi Gong forms and explore how they cross pollinate with yoga asana and offer new ways to approach asana mindfully with emphasis on embodiment and connection to the subtle energetic value, whilst
maintaining respect for mechanics and alignment.

If you need to cancel the BWY cancellation policy will apply as follows:
If a person is unable to attend a regional event, they should apply for a refund to the regional event organiser via email.
Refunds will be given as follows:
Cancellation up to 60 days prior to the event date - full refund.
Cancellation between 59 days and 15 days prior to the event - 50% of the fee.
Cancellation between 14 days and the day of the event - no refund will be given.
What to Bring
Please bring your yoga mat and any equipment you usually use to make yourself comfortable.
Tea/coffee andbuiscuits will be available but please bring your own lunch.
