Join us and a Mental Health Social Worker for an open and supportive conversation on how mental health conditions can affect students attending our weekly yoga classes — and how we as teachers can respond with compassion and awareness. 
 
Charlotte Hall is a Neurodivergent Mental Health Social Worker in Early Intervention in Psychosis, passionate about holistic, person-centred care. She believes that everyone should have access to wellbeing spaces that support both mental and physical health, helping to promote recovery and connection.
